AddictEU 2025 • Mental Health & Addiction Policy Conference
The high-level international conference “AddictEU 2025” will take place in Brussels on Wednesday 3 December from 9:00 to 17:00 at Martin’s Brussels EU.
For the third year in a row, AddictEU aims to encourage discussions and exchange of perspectives on the dual mental health and addictions challenges; building health resilience and protecting vulnerable groups in the EU, and regulating psychomodulatory substances.
AddictEU 2025 will host active and former Members of the European Parliament, the European Union Drug Agency (EUDA), and experts in mental health and substance use disorders. In particular, we have the pleasure of welcoming Linda Montanari, Principal Scientist at the EUDA for our keynote speech.
The conference is organized by the Institute for Rational Addiction Policies (IRAP), an independent think tank specialising in addictions and social services, the Institute for Mental Health and Addiction Studies (IMHAS), and Correlation – European Harm Reduction Network (C-EHRN).
