In December 2025, the European Union adopted a new drugs strategy. What are the priorities? What’s new? How might this affect in practice?

Its coordinator, Jo De Cock (Head of Unit, Organised Crime and Drugs European Commission), will present it and answer questions from representatives of civil society and academia.

The 7th Thematic Discussion titled The New European Union Drugs Strategy will take place virtually on Thursday, March 19th, 14:30-15:30 CEST Brussels local time. It is organized by Association Proyecto Hombre in collaboration with “la Caixa” Foundation.
