“Syner’Santé” was developed by the team Les Petits Riens association in March 2011 in the form of a mobile unit. This pilot project aims to provide outpatient care for people with addictions. The service offers medical and psychosocial support that creates a network of help and care around the person. This service is for men from 18 years hosted, or that have been accommodated at the Reception House of “Les Petits Riens”. The team consists of a coordinator / psychiatric social worker, a psychiatrist and a psychiatric nurse.
